CURA Art founded The Residency to fulfil their mission of promoting collecting with purpose and encouraging meaningful connections with artists and those that admire and collect their work.
CURA Art, founded by Georgia Powell and Liza Shapiro, provides specialised services and expertise, ensuring that collectors are supported with all aspects of owning a collection and that works of art and other precious objects are preserved, managed, and displayed to the highest standards.
Founded in 2020, The Residency is built with accessibility, artist compassion and community as its foundation, working to create a growing ecosystem for artists and collectors in response to the future direction of the art market.
